Complaint, Return & Refund Policy
The following Complaint, Return & Refund guidelines for products sold online by Xstra Digital Storage B.V. hereafter referred to as Xstra are extremely important and were designed to ensure we meet your expectations. Please read them carefully before returning any goods.
If you do need to return a product for a refund or exchange, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or direct by phone at +31 (0)162 747 016. All request for Return will be handled as described here below.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period starts on the day after receining the order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by a unique statement (E.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or E-Mail) of your decision to revoke this agreement. You can use our Product Return Form for this, which is however not required. It is sufficient that you submit the notice of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline. Consequences of revocation If you cancel this contract, all payments that we have received from you including the delivery charges (except the additional costs arising that you have chosen a different type of delivery as offered by us, best standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your revocation of the agreement with us. For this redemption, we use the same payment method you have used in the original transaction. We may refuse refund until we have received back the goods or until you have proven that you have sent back the goods. You have to return the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date you informed us of the revocation agreement, Xstra Digital Storage.B.V. - Attn: return department - Het Goorke 61, 4906 CZ Oosterhout THE NETHERLANDS. You are responsible the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint?
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us by telephone or by email. You will not receive an acknowledgement of receipt from your complaint, but we will respond substantively within 14 days. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? In that case you can submit the complaint to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
